Main Duties

As a Software Tester, you'll collaborate with QA leads, architects, and managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Salary

£40,000.00 – £42,000.00 per year

Skills / Experience / Qualifications

• • Line management of QA resources and conducting performance reviews
• • Maintaining and enhancing QA team structure
• • Ensuring QA best practices are followed
• • Leading sprint planning and retrospectives
• • Overseeing testing and resolving blockers
• • Using metrics to track and report progress

Preferred Qualifications

• • 7+ years in QA/testing with 3+ years in leadership
• • Proficient in Selenium and Cucumber
• • Excellent communication and leadership skills
• • Experience crafting test strategies and plans
